Human monoclonal antibodies

Human mopnoclonal antibodies are in demand for cancer therapeutics. Human Mab can be produced in transgenic mice called: xenomice produced by Abgenix and Medarex. Synthetic human antibodies are produced by Morphosys in Germany-subdivision: Antibodies by Design- using a technique called HuCAL(Human Combinatorial Antibody Library).

What are the Ab candidates for clinical trials or already in use derived from the above technologies?

has developed a wide range of antibodies using a phage display technology. One of them is an anti-HLA class II and will be used for Leukemia treatment.
