Had read about Kiosk Viewer on a blog. It displays structures from different angles and perspectives, and focuses on chemical components within the structure.

i suggest swiss PDB viewer is easy to use,a normal man.this has good visualization effect.

it having more options to analysis PDB structure.

it is free of cost.

ordinary man can know basics about  visualization tools,structure prediction by the way of this tool.

it can predict atom configaration,amount.

several structure model has predicted.

therefore i support this is the fundamental tool in bioinformatics.
