I would like to vote for MolMol to be good tool for the purpose.
Had read about Kiosk Viewer on a blog. It displays structures from different angles and perspectives, and focuses on chemical components within the structure.

Nice program.. have used it..!!
i suggest swiss PDB viewer is easy to use,a normal man.this has good visualization effect.
it having more options to analysis PDB structure.
it is free of cost.
ordinary man can know basics about visualization tools, structure prediction by the way of this tool.
it can predict atom configaration,amount.
several structure model has predicted.
therefore i support this is the fundamental tool in bioinformatics.
It's not on the list, but I like PyMol
I'm with TheFFM, another vote for PyMol!
