homology modeling using Swiss PBD

I want to create a chimera from 3 proteins with known structure. How ca I build such “LEGO” using Swiss PDB (or other software)?

Sorry, the text editor wasn't

Sorry, the text editor wasn't loading on the forum for a bit there...
Anyway, I would use Coot to bring together the seperate pieces.
Download desired pdbs
Load into coot
open coordinates
then edit (may want to overlap the pdb, but depends on what you are doing)
save as new pdb files

Hi

Hi
You could put the amino acid sequences of the 3 proteins together in a single file and submit it to the website to generate the 3D structure of teh protein. But I have not done this.
Hope this helps.
