List of GPCRs in HeLa cells

Hello -

I am looking for a list of all GPCRs that are endogenous to HeLa cells. My first attempt to find a good database or review was unsuccessful. Could you please help me to find a good source of information about endogenous HeLa GPCRs?

Thank you!
Alexey

The Endogenous GPCR List
A. Schonbrunn and D.L. Steffen
http://www.tumor-gene.org/GPCR/gpcr.html
March 2, 2008.

They list  lysophospholipid, H1, muscarinic and purinoceptor with maybe endothelin and adrenergic B2.  In addition, there are some receptors present in most cells such as lysophospholipid, Adenosine A2B, PGE 2 or 4, P2U, and thrombin.

I have looked but not found other lists and databases despite the abundance of papers on this and other tumor cell lines.  Probably this info is available from commercial sites such as GeneLogic and from proprietary databases in big pharma.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot!

Also, except the receptors mentioned here HeLa cells also contain a2 adrenergic receptor (all three subtypes).
