Help Regarding Protein Over expression, EMSA and Dnase Foot printing

Can any one please help me by providing protocols for protein over expression isolation ,EMSA, DNASE foot printing !

The following paper has a great method for producing proteins by auto-induction rather than IPTG induction. It's worked great for many of my overexpressions:

Studier, F.W. (2005) Protein production by auto-induction in high density shaking cultures. Protein Expr. Purif., 41, 207-234.

I only add the NPS and 5052 most of the time. Only if things are overly problematic do you need to add the metals mix and MgSO4.

I'll post my take on the protocol soon!
