Fluorescent dyes for NA labeling

Hello everyone,

I'm going to do Click chemistry for DNA and RNA labeling. I'm looking for the best fluorescent dye azide on the market. First we were considering AlexaFluor488 and OregonGreen488 from Invitrogen, but theese are rather expensive. But recently I've found much cheaper Eterneon dyes from JenaBiosciences or BaseClick.
But are theese Eterneon comparable to Alexa in performance?
What is your experience and opinion about theese dyes? Or maybe you would suggest other?

Thank you!
