Transplanting primordial germ cells across fish genera

Primordial germ cells (PGC) were transplanted across species, even across genera, into zebrafish with host PGC inactivated by Dead End Morpholinos (and offspring were produced from daughter cells of the transplanted PGC after natural spawning):
Saito T, Goto-Kazeto R, Arai K, Yamaha E.
