Provide technical support to company customers and distributors
Gives consultations about technical properties of the products for food application.
Ensure effective communication between the company specialists, distributors and final users on technical and commercial questions
Visit customers to identify technical and economical parameters of customer problems. Agree with customers on the objectives and the time schedule of each technical service project.
Participate in laboratory and industrial trials of products at the customers place or in laboratory.
Prepare and submit samples and/or product literature.
Contribute to the development of distributors sales force technical skills through common visits to customers and trough trainings.
Provide technical support to the department team
Support department sales team and regulatory coordinator with technical data and experience. Contribute to the generation of ideas in innovation process.
Communicate with local food laboratories, institutes and universities to prepare technical documentation, organize research and clinical trials with products.
Develop a technical communication strategy for the Russian territory
Prepare technical presentations and documents in Russian
Translate scientific and technical papers for local publication
Organize technical events seminars for customers
Organize local exhibitions
Collect market information and develop customers data base

Overall trends in the food and starch industry
Profile: 25-35 years, 2-3 years experience in food technology with a food company or food ingredients supplier would be a plus, technical background in food, chemistry, biochemistry or chemical engineering, fluent in English, French is a plus, good communicator, driving license.
Salary from $3000, a social package, bonuses. Office in the center
