Does anyone know or can suggest me the specific antagonists for mouse fpr1, fpr2 and LAX4R ??
I have used universal fpr antagonist, t-Boc, but prefer to specifically define which receptor is involved in Neutrophil's cathelicidin - Endothelial cells interaction.
Thank you very much
I don't know if you could use WRW4 which blocks FPRL-1 (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15210823) although this peptide doesn't appear to block cathelicidin activity in neutrophils.
Thank you. I also used WRW4 to block FPRL1 and Spinorphin to block FPR in human endothelial cells. But I would like to know if these WRW4 and Spinorphin also work in mouse fpr1 and fpr2 ???
I think cyclosporin and cathepsin g may signal through FPR (FPR1 I think) but you may want to double check that. If it is the case, you could try to block with WRW4 or some other peptide to see if there is an effect.
The difficulty is that these G-protein coupled receptors are fairly promiscuous so it's a little bit more challenging to dissect the pathways
