cytospin: cell-cell interactions?

Hi everyone:
I'm doing lots of IHC and IF to look for interactions between T cells and B cells. My PI is also considering using cytospin technology to look at the cells, but doesn't know if cytospin preserves cell-cell interactions. Will this technology separate cells that might otherwise be interacting?
