Supports HR Leader for Cleveland, TN site. You will also partner with other site Administrative Assistants to provide support as needed.
Under minimal supervision and within a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere, will generate, produce and/or complete various work assignments requiring independent judgment, creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills. Applies advanced knowledge and acts as a business resource on standard operating procedures and HR practices and policies.
Prioritizes administrative and project management of multiple tasks, including deadline/calendar management, travel, expense reports, meeting arrangements, coordination of meeting materials and logistics.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, and arranging conference calls.
Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates or bachelors degree
Minimum three (3) years Administrative experience
Experience supporting Senior/Executive Directors, as well as interacting with executive level management.
Advanced computer skills using Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to learn and utilize HR information and reporting systems.
Ability/willingness to manage very confidential information.
Excellent client relationship abilities.
Strong collaboration skills
