Position: Sales Representative
Report to : Sales Manager
lWork closely with District Manager to Identify and contact prospective clients, generate sales opportunities, and service existing accounts to achieve sales targets in terms of business direction and strategy
lResponsible for the sale of QST products in the assigned sales area.
lDevelop & manage distributors and dealers in the assigned territory to achieve sales target;
lKey account management to key accounts with sustainable & profitable business growth;
lEnsure that QST products are represented in the territory in order to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
lDevelop and explore business opportunities in the territory.
lPrepare sales forecast report both quarterly and yearly with high accuracy.
lDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers.
lDrive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references.
lIncrease sales by actively selling and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues.
lOrganization of meetings or other communication channels to ensure effective communication across functional units.
lCollect and provide market information to marketing peers.
lDetailed technical explanation of defined products and application in seminars and exhibitions.
lMaster Degree (B.S./B.A.) or up in a scientific discipline (Chemical, Biology, Pharmaceutical, Medical & related subject) required.
lAt least 2+ years related relevant experience in life science industry.
lExcellent communication skill to deal with the scientific communication with customers.
lGood presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
lUnderstanding of the Chemistry, Biology or Pharmaceutical.
lComputer literacy on Microsoft Office Software.
lThe ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
lGood track record of successful sales experience in Chemical, life-science & Pharmaceutical market.
