Consumables Assoc Sales Rep @ Life Technologies-Beijing - China
Manage sales territories to sell Life technoliges biotech products. Understand and communicate customer requirements. Grow new clients as well as manage and retain the current customer base.
1. Implement sales strategies in coordination with Sales Manager. Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
2. Plan, organize and manage a sales territory and balance the requirements of multiple business units. Identify and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Manage the sales cycle.
3. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers/dealers .Educate customers/dealers on new products and product enhancements.
4. Understand and communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to sales management. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
5. Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.
1. Degree in Bioscience is a must. 2 years selling experience in biotech industry.
2. Good English communications in both reading and writing
3. Result-oriented, hands-on
4. Capability in handling both customers and dealers
