- Establishes contact with prospective customers by following up on company generated leads, prospecting to uncover new leads and by networking through existing customers. This includes "cold-calling" on potential customers where account access is available.
- Prepares and plans a schedule that maximizes time interacting with prospective customers.
- Schedules and conducts demonstrations of products to customers using detailed product knowledge and presenting the product first-hand.
- Assumes responsibility for providing quotations to the customer and closing the sale.
- Works independently to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
