  • Lead Generation: Contribute to sales by generating and/or qualifying leads for QIAGEN Sales Representatives through consistent use of the telephone in combination with the use of pre-designed scripts developed within QIAGENs North American Campaign Coordinator Program (NACC)
  • Product Promotion: Support North America Marketing & Sales through the North America Campaign Coordinator programs to inform customers of ongoing promotions, new product launches, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, seminars etc.
  • Customer Documentation: Collect and record all relevant data within the CRM database system. Maintain account specific records with applications, lab focus, and other important contact information that will be utilized to measure amount and results of telephone campaign efforts. organization and to customers
  • Customer Service: Deliver high quality customer conversations by focusing on specific customer needs and pursuing business opportunities through the identification of customer requirements according to NACC pre-designed scripts and campaigns.
