Clinical Research Associate (Senior CRA): This close-knit UK-based CRO is looking to expand its CRA team based in the London area. You will be responsible for both monitoring and study start up across a range of therapeutic areas so this role is much more broad that your average CRA opportunity!

The client is a small UK based CRO in the London area. They cover a wide range of therapeutic areas and phases and their CRA team come from a variety of backgrounds within the pharmaceutical industry. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CRA II/Senior CRA you will have many responsibilities, among them:

  • Conducting pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites;
  • Start-up responsibilities including feasibility and EC responsibilities;
  • Mentoring more junior CRAs;
  • Identifying investigative sites for new studies;
  • Completing visit reports and maintaining study-related databases.

SKILLS DESIRED
 
The ideal candidate will have:

  • UK CRA experience compulsory – 12 months+
  • Start-up experience beneficial
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in a health related field or equivalent;
  • Ability to understand and present relevant clinical and pre-clinical topics;
  • Ability to travel – Full UK driving licence.

Commutable locations: South East – office based
Salary: £25k - £35k + benefits
