The Department of Pathology invites applications for a non-tenure earning research Instructor position, Division of Molecular & Cellular Pathology, to study the innate, adaptive and regulatory immune responses to intestinal microbiota. Clearly demonstrable expertise in the area of molecular and environmental determinants of immune regulation is essential. Preference will be given to those who have already demonstrated success at obtaining extramural grant support. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an active extramural funding program. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Microbiology or similar field and have a minimum of 5-7 years relevant postdoctoral experience. Salary will be commensurate with years of experience and training. A Pre-employment background investigation is performed on candidates selected for employment.
