Primary Job Function
•Manage sales objectives and sales force for Ibis Sales Specialists (lab focused sales reps). Indirectly manage lead generation by Abbott Molecular Diagnostics (AMD) sales force in region.
•Lead team of reps and support resources to properly cover accounts
•Ensure balanced workloads through account and quota assignment
•Perform coaching and people development activities
•Coordinate with peer AMD departments (Mktg, Finance, Legal) to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Background / Skills / Experiences
•Proven track record of sales leadership, including P & L management
•Knowledge or ability to work across countries
•Experience with building organizations and creating teams
•Demonstrated management of new businesses and capability to manage large complex accounts and decision makers at all levels
•Capital equipment sales experience required
•Excellent negotiation, project management, planning and communication skills in order to manage and motivate the sales staff.
