I am more interested to look at the cell migration like DTCs or epithelial cells at the L2 to L4 stage in live C.elegans. I had checked with the microscopes available on the day of the conference but no one was able to give me a proper answer. Bcos the worm is live and keeps moving on the petri dish which is the limiting factor. Even though I have good fluorescent markers to the cells of interest I am not able to do live cell migration during the larval development.
Could any one help me with this???????
Thank you in advance for your help and reply

Bob Waterston's lab is doing some amazing stuff with C. elegans lineage tracking. You might get started here.
