about the coupling of GPCRs to G proteins

Are there have any good methods for analyse the interaction between proteins. For example, the coupling of GPCR to different G proteins, I want to analyse the sequences of GPCRs, and trying to find the features that decide the coupling specificity of GPCRs to different G proteins.
Could you give me some advice? Thanks a lot!

Check this high-throughput screening method and device to screen GPCR binding G proteins:

Thank you, I have read the

Thank you, I have read the paper. The problem is we only do prediction by computer, the experiments about the GPCRs have not involved. I want to make use of protein-protein interaction to find key domains or residues which are important to the coupling. I don't konw which methods or softwares should be used.

I have found this fantastic

I have found this fantastic website about GPCR, check it out may be you can find what you are looking for.

Thank you for omid, I know

Thank you for omid, I know this website, it was built specially for GPCRs research. I have gotten the data from this website, the problem I care is the method, I want to analyse this from protein-protein interaction, but the methods I have seen aout protein-protein interaction are not directly to analyse the site which the proteins interact, so maybe I should find another way.
