Prize draw rule on foreign winner?

On American websites that offer prizes there is usually a clause that states that the prize draw is only open to US residents. As there is no mention of this in your rules and because you are now an international site, I'm presuming that it is possible for a foreign member to win.

If this is the case then how does the prize find the prize winner. If a French member wins the Mini, do you order the prize from a French dealer? Or do you expect the winner to travel to the States and then pay the 2000 dollar import costs?

yes, the contest is open to

yes, the contest is open to all members throughout the world. We have a statement that says we reserve the right to replace the car with cash, (in the event it is a better option to the winner due to shipping constraints).

And I should add that you can see our complete rules by going to the bottom and clicking on the graphic "Which Car Do You Want"

"All applicable federal, state and local laws shall apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All drawings are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW."
