I would like to know technology used to identified a crime.. Etc DNA fingerprinting ... and others.. I need to read more about it, article, book..
I understand from your question that you want to know about the latest techniques used in the forensic research or investigations. If I am right, then the latest thing I read in journals was about the brain scanning of the criminals. The studies say that mostly the frontal cortex shows a different pattern than normal subjects.
That is very interesting. Can you share the link of the journal u read?
I will suggest you few links like http://www.forensicmag.com/ and http://www.forensic.org/ where you can find the latest updates of the field along with laws and information related to your query.
In the forensic field nothing is bigger than DNA fingerprinting, and by far the most common reagent used (the industry standard) is Applied Biosystems' AmpFlSTR Identifiler PCR amplification kit. With this kit, and a standard capillary electrophoresis instrument, you can link almost any two related DNA samples.
Technology used for identifying the crime are DNA fingerprinting, Brain scanning, Lie detector (this one is controversial), etc.
