Gq-gpcr on neutrophil OR macrophage

Please tell me the Gq-coupled GPCRs on neutrophil OR macrophage.

Macrophages appear to have M1

Macrophages appear to have M1, M2 and M3 muscrinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs). It seems that the M1 and M3 can be Gq-coupled. M2 is Gi/o.

To my knowledge they express

To my knowledge they express Gq-coupled receptors for leukotriene B4 (BLTR), leukotriene D4 (CysLTR), platelet-activating factor (PAF), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and C5a. Also some kind of purinergic receptors (P2Y2, 4 and 6 in monocyte/macrophage like U937 cells for example).

I don't know the rationale of your research, but be careful to the fact that Gq coupled receptors are generally promiscuous, being coupled also to Gi.
