AD Clinical Operations
The Associate Director is responsible for the planning, implementation and conduct of large, pivotal clinical trials, or responsible for being the operational lead for a development molecule candidate. The Associate Director is expected to provide leadership within the Clinical Operations department and make recommendations with regards to the strategic aspects of clinical programs. The Associate Director is responsible for the oversight of Clinical Operations activities including management of CROs and other vendors and is accountable for the work product of the entire group.

Displays highly developed clinical program leadership within the organization and the clinical operations
Has significant experience and skills representing own discipline on inter-departmental projects
Proactively seeks out and recommends process improvements
Proven track record of anticipating potential study problems and preparing contingency plans as needed
Communicates clearly and precisely with all levels of the company globally and shows an external focus with collaborators, vendors and investigators alike
Has maintained high level status of role model behaviors in his/hers obligations and responsibilities
Demonstrates excellence in all expected role obligations and responsibilities
