Meet are currently working with a top 5 CRO looking for Clinical Resource Manager, based anywhere in the DACH region! The ideal candidate will have a good background in clinical operations and resource management, as well as a keen interest in strategic and logistic planning. Some of the responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Maintain macro-level understanding of awarded work, potential new business, resource demand for the next 3-6 months, resource supply and challenges within the scope of the role
  • Play an advisory role and help drive decisions in a matrix environment
  • Engage with VPs and Directors of operations to ensure alignment relating to resourcing decisions
  • Maintains a good understanding of industry best practices on resourcing and drives to apply
  • Leads/supports strategic initiatives within the Project Resourcing Office. 

Skills required are as follows:

  • Comfort around higher management
  • Ability to direct others; provide coaching and guidance to staff if applicable
  • Ability to understand strategy; business acumen
  • Managerial courage; able to address challenging problems
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Minimum Work Experience required:

  • Relevant work experience in CRO or pharmaceutical field
  • Line management or project management experience
  • Understanding of clinical research platforms required
  • Resource planning experience preferred

The ideal candidate must also have an academic degree in a life science. MBA’s are a plus but not a necessity.
