Summary    :

    Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow position tenable in the Institute of Pharmaceutical Science. The successful applicant will be a member of the Clinical Practice and Medication Use Group and the teaching Department of Pharmacy.

    This is a fixed-term training post and the successful applicant will be expected to undertake high-quality research in the area of clinical practice and medication use, including the production of a PhD thesis, and begin to establish a track record of high quality publications.

     In addition, s/he will contribute to the delivery, planning, organisation of undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes in the department and engage with clinical pharmacy practice in a discrete area of care within one of the three partner trusts of King's Health Partners as agreed by the appropriate Chief Pharmacist.

    Applicants should be qualified Pharmacists. They should also have some experience of research, as well as teaching small groups.


    The appointment will be made, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, within the Grade 7 scale, currently £36,552 to £46,374, per annum, inclusive of £2,323 London Allowance, per annum.

Post duration: This is a full-time post for four years.
