As a Territory Director, you’ll oversee the on-site execution of these events, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both vendors and campus partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of campus-based trade shows
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor reps, university staff, and facilities teams
Ensure events are organized, timely, and aligned with our high standards
Troubleshoot logistics, manage schedules, and adapt quickly to real-time needs
Travel to multiple campuses within your assigned territory (primarily during the academic year)
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning, logistics, sales support, or academic outreach preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading on-site operations
Able to travel regularly (usually 2–3 days per week during peak seasons)
Familiarity with academic or scientific environments is a plus

Communicate with university event contacts to confirm details and address questions
Prepare and organize marketing materials and vendor information packets
Track timelines and ensure all tasks are completed prior to each event
Support the Territory Director and vendor team with logistical needs
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple events and timelines at once
Experience in event coordination, office administration, or logistics preferred
Familiarity with universities or scientific environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential new university venues for our trade shows
Locate the right contacts within research administration, purchasing, or academic departments
Conduct outreach via email and phone to introduce our program
Coordinate introductory calls and support the scheduling of first-time events
Help manage initial account setup and handoff to our event team
Qualifications:
Strong communication and research skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and professional follow-up
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Experience with higher education, sales development, or event outreach is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools or tracking outreach efforts is helpful
Compensation:
Hourly pay plus performance bonus for each new account secured and first event scheduled
